Phil Q was personally recruited by Sir Richard Branson to run Virgin Records. He was President of Warner Music and EMI Marketing, as well as Senior VP Marketing of Island Records and credited with breaking U2 in the US. Phil has guided the success of the most iconic music artists of the last quarter century including Tom Petty, Green Day, Coldplay, REM, Blake Shelton, Janet Jackson, Lenny Kravitz, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Linkin Park, Smashing Pumpkins, Ben Harper, Stevie Nicks, Wilco, and Keith Urban.
Robert Cutarella
Chief Music Officer
Former Director of Talent Acquisition of Warner Chappell & MCA, Bob is a multiple Grammy-winning producer and publisher credited with over 160 platinum albums as producer and publisher. He was also VP A&R at SONY/HME under industry legend, John Hammond. A short list of artists Bob worked with: MJ, Sir Elton John, Sting, Joss Stone, Metallica, Goo Goo Dolls, Hall & Oates, Alisson Krauss, Keith Richards, Ashley Tisdale, and a recent 2020 hit with Ben Platt.

Award winning music supervisor and Founder/Head of Music Supervision of Groove Guild. Clients and partners include Google, SpaceX, Volkswagen, and Coca-Cola. He was Senior Creative Director of Primary Wave Entertainment & Artist Development Manager of Universal Music Group, where he was part of the team that developed the careers of Beck, Eminem, Weezer, Blink 182, and Counting Crows.
Jimmy O'Mahony

As Global CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising, Jimmy was credited with the success of many iconic brands including Toyota, Sony, and Starbucks. He is also Vice-Chairman of Wilshire Axon and Founder of Filament and fixt.


Eric Todd
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
For two decades, Eric has been a strategic development and A&R consultant to labels, producers, artists, start-ups, and well-seasoned brands. Past clients include Songtradr, Lincoln Center events, and WPP. In 2017, he consulted at the United Nations related to the 2030 Global Sustainable Development Goals. Eric is a Wipf & Stock published author, a former recording artist with REX & Echoes Blue Music, and currently producing an indie jazz album.
Rob Miller

Rob is a long-term development partner of CEO/Founder Eric Todd, who played a significant role in developing multiple artist-forward platforms including Nuhuru, GarageBrand, & iProdigy. He has a deep background in content curation and playlisting, and founded multiple hyper-local radio networks.


Nic Birosik
Chief Technology Officer
A doctoral candidate in AI/Machine Learning at George Washington University, Nic earned a Master’s in International Relations and a double Bachelor’s in Social Data Analytics and Political Science before turning 22. He founded NicNac Charities at age 16, manages multiple annual expo events, develops social entrepreneurs, and raised millions of dollars for charity.
